The Sanford House is a Southern Mansion that sits on two acres and is located just one mile from the magnificent Cowboys Stadium. This exclusive venue is available for the week of the 2011 Super Bowl.

The gated property has a 3000 sq ft. stone courtyard ringed with lush gardens and mature trees. The courtyard can hold up to 250 guests and may be tented and fully enclosed for inclement weather. The Manor House and Renoir Rooms have remarkable event spaces for groups of 10-60 people. The venue also has a full service spa & salon with services including massages, facials, body wraps, hair, hand, and foot treatments.

The Certified Executive Chef is recognized as one of Texas’ Top Ten Female Chefs. The professional culinary staff create and execute all dining options and catering for the entire property. The Sanford House has a full liquor license and TABC compliant bartender and staff.

The Sanford House has a Vintage Bus to provide transportation to and from the Cowboys Stadium. Dining, spa, and party options are available for your entire 2011 Super Bowl stay.

1. $750 per night (x4 nights) = $3000 total (single or double occupancy)
