  1. Oven Baked Duck Breast with Bacon Cheddar Grits and a Blackberry Maple Gastrique
  2. Mixed Field Greens, Cucumber, Tear drop Tomatoes, Calamata Olives and Feta Cheese. Tossed with a Mediterranean Citrus Vinaigrette
  3. Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Leeks & Fennel. Served in a Miso Lemongrass Broth
