The Sanford House Inn and Spa is a luxurious Boutique Hotel located in historic downtown Arlington, Texas (nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth) with 12 elegant accommodations, which include 4 one-bedroom cottage suites, 2 two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas, and 6 spacious manor house rooms. The Executive Chef creates and directs all dining menus. We are open to the public for lunch Weds. through Sat. 11 am to 2 pm with fine dining every Friday and Saturday night 6-9 pm (reservations required). The Van Gogh Bar and Lounge is open 4-8 pm on Thursday through Saturday with a bar menu during those hours.

The Award Winning Sanford Spa & Salon is a stunning venue where men and women can experience an abundant selection of salon and spa services. The professional technicians are available Tuesdays-Saturdays to provide all personal care services.

Escape the ordinary when you book your private party, reception, wedding, corporate event, or meeting at The Sanford House. Private rooms can be reserved for groups up to 60 in the Manor House. The Grand Courtyard is an ideal space for weddings and receptions up to 250 guests. All catering is prepared and executed by the Executive Chef. Full bar and fine wine selections are also available. Villa Suites

Villa RoyaleVilla Royale and Villa MonacoVilla Monaco are 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suites located just off of the Secret Garden. These villas are decorated in a sleek, stylish décor with a modern touch. Each room has a flat screen TV and high speed internet access. The master suite has a king bed with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and granite countertops. Each villa has a separate guest bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with a combination tub/shower and wall a mounted flat screen DVD TV. Each villa features a living room and dining area.

Cottage Suites

Four distinctively private one-bedroom cottage suites are located just off of the Grand Courtyard. Each of these suites has a luxurious marble bathroom with a double Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower, a large living room with gas fireplace, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. Two of the cottages have dining areas (RivieraRiviera Cottage and BristolBristol Cottage) and two (RegencyRegency and VeronaVerona) have an oversized daybed in a separate room off of the living area. These accommodations are exquisitely decorated and very comfortable.
