  2. Roasted Tomato Basil Soup – vine ripe tomatoes and vegetables roasted until golden, then pureed and topped with fresh chopped basil and a drizzle of heavy cream – cup $4.95/bowl $6.95
  3. Spring Vegetable Tart – A buttery herb crust topped with a cream cheese spread and perfectly roasted spring vegetables – $6.95
  4. The Sanford House Salad – Field greens with feta, sugared pecans, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges and our house made balsamic maple vinaigrette - $6.50

  3. Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce – A skin-on eight ounce chicken breast grilled to perfection and served with a hearty herb, garlic and mild pepper sauce. $16.95
