Rooms and Cottages
The Sanford House has 12 luxurious rooms and suites. A full breakfast is included with all overnight stays. Homemade cookies are customary in your room on arrival.
Manor House Rooms:
The Manor House has 4 rooms that are exquisitely decorated with real and reproductive antiques. Each room has a private bathroom with tub & shower combination, private sitting area, flat screen wall-mounted TV, with wireless and wired high-speed internet access. These rooms are located upstairs.

Carriage House Rooms:
The Carriage House has 2 rooms located on the upper level with separate private entrance and a shared upper porch with a balcony overlooking the Grand Courtyard. Each room has a private bathroom with tub and shower combination and high speed internet access. The rooms have a shared refrigerator and microwave area in the foyer. These rooms are located upstairs.

Cottage Suites:
Four distinctively private one-bedroom cottage suites are located just off of the Grand Courtyard. Each of these suites has a luxurious marble bathroom with a double Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower, a large living room with gas fireplace, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. Two of the cottages have dining areas (Riviera and Bristol) and two (Regency and Verona) have an oversized daybed in a separate room off of the living area. These accommodations are exquisitely decorated and very comfortable.

Villas:
Villa Monaco
and
Villa Royale
are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suites located just off of the Secret Garden. These villas are decorated in a sleek, stylish décor with a modern touch. Each room in the villa has a flat screen wall-mounted TV and high-speed internet access. The master suite has a king bed with an over-sized Jacuzzi tub and granite counter tops. Each villa also has a separate guest bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with a combination tub/shower and wall a mounted flat screen DVD TV.
