The Sanford House was built in the style of a Southern mansion and furnished with real and reproduction antiques. The rooms follow that same sensibility. There are private cottage suites with marble bathrooms and double Jacuzzi tubs, multi-bedroom villas, manor rooms within the main house, and the carriage house for something a little separate from the rest of the property.

A hot breakfast is included every morning and you’ll be treated to homemade cookies in your room when you arrive. None of the rooms are the same, creating a unique experience for all our guests.

Private Shuttle to Dallas Stadium

We are also pleased to offer a private shuttle to AT&T stadium, renamed Dallas Stadium for the duration of the soccer matches. Our shuttle is able to take groups of up to 16 to help our guests avoid the hassle of parking and traffic. Overnight guests will receive FREE transportation to and from the stadium. For other guests, it’s $25 per person round trip if they spend $150 on match days in our restaurant or bar.

• How far is The Sanford House from Dallas Stadium (also known as AT&T Stadium)?
  About one mile, or 1.6 kilometers. We run a private shuttle for guests so the distance is not something you need to manage yourself. The ride takes a few minutes each way.
• Do I have to be staying overnight to use the shuttle?
  Overnight guests do receive priority for the shuttles. However, if you spend $150 or more with us on a match day, whether at restaurant506, the spa, or on a gift certificate, you can use our parking lot free of charge. If you would then like to use our shuttle instead of walk, you can for an additional $25 per person, round trip.
• Is restaurant506 open to the public?
  Yes. restaurant506 is open to anyone, not just overnight guests. We do recommend a reservation, especially on match days when the area is busy. The restaurant also has private dining rooms available for groups.
• How many rooms does the property have?
  Twelve. The property is intentionally curated. It is the kind of place where the staff knows your name and the experience is consistent from the moment you arrive. Here, you’re a guest and an individual, not a room number. If you want somewhere that treats the occasion seriously, we should be the right fit for you.
• Can The Sanford House host a corporate group or private event during the upcoming soccer matches?
  Yes. We have event spaces for up to 200 guests, private dining rooms at restaurant506, and shuttle capacity for groups. Corporate hospitality packages are available if you contact our events team to talk through the details.
• How far is the property from Dallas Fort Worth Airport?
  About 15 to 25 minutes by car. We recommend Uber or Lyft for easy access to the Sanford House. With any high traffic event, please allow for extra travel time to get to your destination.
