Where do my guests park during my event?
There is a large parking lot located directly across the street from the Manor House (next to the Spa & Salon). This is suitable parking for all guests attending an event at The Sanford House. Additional parking is available on the weekends and evenings if necessary, please inquire with the Food & Beverage Manager for further information.
How do I choose my menu selections?
Our culinary team creates and executes all menus for private dining events. Using the freshest ingredients and finest culinary skills, their creations are beautiful in presentation and delicious in taste. You can choose from our catering menus, or speak with Chef directly to develop your own signature menu.
What do I need to do to reserve my event date?
To finalize the reservation for your event date you must sign a contract and pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit goes towards the total cost of your event. The deposit amount and future payment schedule is determined by the size and type of your event.
How can I book spa services for my guests?
Please contact the spa directly 817-277-0115 to arrange services for your guests. If you are planning a larger event, let our Food & Beverage Manager know and we can have the spa contact you directly.
What events are held at The Sanford House?
We are a full-service venue for events of all types, including, weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, retreats, showers, luncheons, birthday parties, and more. If you would like to know more about our seasonal events please sign up for our newsletter.
What staffing services does The Sanford House provide for special events?
The Sanford House will arrange all staffing for your event to the extent of certified bartenders, servers, security for large events with alcohol, and a Banquet Captain for weddings. Our staff will handle the setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables, linens, and provided catering materials. Any special decoration needs will need to be discussed with the Food & Beverage Manager.
May we bring in our own alcohol for an event?
The Sanford House has a Mixed Beverage TABC License which means that our guests cannot bring outside alcohol to our property. All bar services must be purchased through The Sanford House.
Do I need to have an appointment to tour the facility?
If you would like to view the property, please feel free to come by any time and a Front Desk Representative can assist you with an informal walk-through.
