This boutique hotel encompasses 2 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, fine furnishings, and superb service for all corporate events. The facility can be used to host gatherings up to 200 on the Grand Courtyard.

Holiday Party & Event Facility 

We do it up big for the Holidays! From the front entry to our iconic winding staircase, the elegant dining rooms of Restaurant506, and the expansive Grand Courtyard, our entire property is blanketed in bright and festive ornamentation from Thanksgiving weekend through mid-January.

Grand Courtyard: 3000 sq ft. stone courtyard with raised pavilion and octagonal gazebo for groups up to 250. This space is designed to be tented in inclement weather. The courtyard rental includes tables, chairs, place settings, and centerpieces with set-up and break-down.

Full service Spa & Salon: A 2600 sq ft. spa & salon with seven treatment rooms for massages, facials, body wraps, and hand and foot treatments. The salon has six styling stations and two pedicure thrones with two manicure stations. All services are performed by our certified technicians. A 360 sq. ft. resting room is beautifully appointed with an Italian tile waterfall and a sky light artistically rendered with blue sky and clouds for a relaxing area for lunch or a casual meeting for up to eighteen people.

Renoir Room: A spacious meeting room with 596 sq. ft. with beautiful views of the Grand Courtyard. This space can be used for small receptions, lectures, dinners and meetings for up to 50 people in a variety of seating configurations.

Monet Dining Room: This is the beautiful private dining room located in the Manor House with 320 sq. ft. that can seat up to twenty people. The large central dining table will hold 14 comfortably.

Manor House Parlor: The parlor is located in the Manor House and has 342 sq. ft. This room is ideal for groups up to 24 people in a variety of seating configurations.

Van Gogh Bar & Lounge: With 325 sq. ft, this intimate, elegant room works very well for groups of twenty people seated or in a casual cocktail reception. The lounge has open connecting doors to the Manor House Parlor and when combined can facilitate events for up to 40 persons. The Sanford House has a full liquor license.

The Sanford House can provide a bus with certified driver for transportation to and from the AT&T Stadium for up to 16 persons per trip.
